NEW RESOURCES
Connection Centers
Three locations inside the Austin Convention Center where you will find Centers staffed with friendly Austinites ready to answer questions pertaining to SXSW and the city of Austin. There will also be multiple computers with internet connectivity, headphones and loaded with the custom Festival Preview application so you can check out the artists and films of SXSW 2009.
NEW SERVICES
Film Festival Shuttlebuses
A complimentary service for registrants attending the Film Festival, the shuttlebus will run five days and nights transporting you between the Austin Convention Center, the Paramount Theater and the Alamo Drafthouse on South Lamar.
Interactive Party Shuttlebuses
A complimentary service for registrants, the shuttlebus will run five nights ensuring your safe arrival at any of the SXSW Interactive Official Parties.
Free Bicycle Valet Service at Town Lake Stage Concerts
The staff of Austin's Bicycle Sport Shop will provide FREE, secured bicycle valet service at the FREE SXSW concerts held on Auditorium Shores.
